Banking on it – Part II

A quick followup to my diatribe a while ago on the upcoming changes in the banking laws in Israel that will prevent us from going over our overdraft limit in our accounts.

As one could have guessed, the Bank of Israel must have received so much aggravation from the banks via the customers that they’ve announced that the implementation of the new law is going to be delayed by six months to July, 2006 instead of January.
