Somewhere in Israel, Yonathan’s little boy and the boy’s female best friend just celebrated their fourth birthdays. And Yonathan’s (obviously quite talented) wife made these cakes for them:

“Mazal tov. 4 years old” (male)

bratz cake
“Mazal tov. 4 years old” (female)

Yes, the Spongebob Squarepants show and Bratz dolls are both (to my chagrin) available in Israel.

And, somewhere in New England, our very own Allison celebrates the Jewish holidays AND her birthday.
