Israeli style has grown up and is ready to conquer the world.

Israeli fashion chains continue to expand abroad. On Tuesday Castro reported that it was opening another two stores in Thailand, and on Wednesday FOX announced that it had opened its first store in Romania and several stores in Thailand.

The Romanian store will be operated by a local franchiser, which invested about USD 300,000 in the store and is expected to open additional stores for the company in the future.

By the end of 2007, the company is expected to open another nine stores across Romania. The store sells the men and women’s brands and is spread on an area of about 180 square meters (approximately 1,937 square feet) in a shopping mall in the city of Ploiesti.

    2. It is all very well opening stores in backward countries – really taking on the world would opening stores in places such as New York, Los Angeles and London.
