An appreciation of gourmet chocolate is spreading through Israel. And Elisheva thinks that’s a good thing,to put it mildly:

    3. Israel is the undiscovered Land of Chocolate.
    I recall Marks and Spencers replacing their branded chocolate with Israeli chocolate when their usual Swiss manufacturers had problems.
