		<description>Unfortunately the 14 families that have a stranglehold control of Israeli society (See Dunn &amp; Bradstreet Jan 2007) and hence the political system are very unlikely to willingly give up control for a more democractic healtier system of government.  

The first step is to know what you want.  What is needed is a &quot;chazon&quot; a vision of a better Israel that melds both the desire for a western democracy as well as the desire to draw inspiration from Jewish values and tradition.
