Were you itching for the perfect Je ne sais quoi to serve at tonight’s – 3 a.m. Israel local – Oscar party but couldn’t put your finger on “it”?

Fear not. My Mom’s Recipes offers up several enticing how to’s for the special eve. There’s Babka (Remember THAT Seinfeld episode?), Magic Brownies (but are they the magic kind like in San Francisco that take you to the magic kingdom?) and Lemon Bars.

Mmmmm, lemon bars. Perfect with chips and beer.
