It’s time, once again, for the Eurovision Song Contest. For all those un-privvy to this, er, interesting annual event, let’s just say the contest is probably best known for catapulting Abba into fame in 1974 with their song Waterloo.

Israel’s this year entry is Teapacks’ “Push the Button”…that is, Teapacks MIGHT represent Israel IF the song isn’t booted. Sung in English, French and Hebrew, it “seemingly” refers to Iran’s nuclear ambitions. And the Eurovision Committee isn’t too happy about that.

“Seemingly”? C’mon. Seems rather overt to me. But judge fer yerself. Lyrics aside, two thumbs down on this one. Geeyad. It’s pretty..uh.. not great.
