Despite the sometimes heated debate in Israel and beyond, circumcision is still highly favored among Israelis.

A Y-net poll showed 97% of Jewish Israelis would circumcise sons. 78% of those cited religious tradition, 13% cited health reasons and 9% said they wouldn’t want their son to feel like “the odd man out”.

And who would 69% of the respondents trust to get the job done? The mohel over the MD. Wow.
