Mr. Maternity

Two new proposed Knesset bills are, if passed, good news for dads-to-be:

Both will grant fathers maternity leave from work to spend time caring for their newborns.

According to data presented in support of the bills, an increasing number of fathers want to stay home with baby while mom returns to work. Makes sense. Modern times and all.

The aim of the bills is to give fathers quality time to bond with babies. Nice.
