rarely, if ever, do i cry over beautiful pictures-
today i will cry a bucketful in jealousy of the inhabitants. only Jesus could have found the
most beautiful land on earth for his birthplace.
Thanks. These are lovely. I was in Israel in 1993. Hope to visit again before I die.
The Eternal took into account all the lands of the earth, and said, This land is the best place for you — Eretz Yisroel! How true. When I made aliyah with my uncle and met my cousins in Yerushalayim, I kissed the ground at Ben Gurion airport, and I couldn’t say good-bye when I had to return home — I felt at home and the Bible verses came to life everywhere I went — and there is a spirituality all its own — you become invigorated — heaven seems ever so close. The pictures bring so many wonderful memories — a beautiful gift — you look and feel as if you are standing there, for at one time or another, many of us have been right there. There is a quiet peace that goes right to the soul.
Awesome. Toda kaba and shalom.
These are indeed beautiful pictures. I can only dream of going. I have never been able to go. I am sure this would be a very expensive vacation. If God would allow me to go to one place in the world, Israel would be it!!!!! I would love to walk where Jesus walked!!
