When dELiA*s clothing catalogue began running the item shown below, it was originally called a “peace scarf”, Jew School notes in this post.

The catalogue listing currently terms it the “Euro Scarf” but notes it is no longer available for purchase.

Looks like a blue kaffiyeh to me.
