Wow. Slick. There’s even info on finding baseball camps in Israel, baseball and the Bible, and a glossary of English and Hebrew baseball terms.

    4. i went to the game at gezer – what a mind spin.. i didnt feel like israel.. i dont like it when communities feel so outsidish..

    i;d prefer it if there was a hybrid israeli american feel about it

    6. lirun, i think there are israeli american feels to the games. Ever seen so many baseball players with last names like rubenstein,Levin, leichman, Lipsetz? and first names like Shlomo and Moshe? Bissli instead of cracker jacks. Announcing partially in hebrew although admittedly lots in english, I think it is awesome to be at game like the one I was at Thursday with 800 or so people many with yalmukes exhuberantly getting into ( the song) YMCA or “another one bites the dust…”between innings ! Israel Lets enjoy baseball! Israeli style with the gorgeous Israeli scenery beyond the field
    It is a blast. I am just sorry i just started going to games fairly late in the season. It has been terrific.
