No Messing About

When Oracle founder and CEO Larry Ellison touched down in Israel last week, he wasted no time jumping in and making his mark.

While touring a Sderot community center, Ellison pledged half a million on the spot to reinforce the building against Qassam rocket hits.

Listed by Forbes as one of the world’s top ten wealthiest people, Ellison is keeping his Israel visit low profile. His itinerary includes, nonetheless, meetings with PM Olmert and President Peres and attending a function at U.S. Ambassador Richard Jones’ home.
