Israelis Make Me Laugh

Well, loyal readers, it’s true: I am back in Israel, ready for another year of laughs and good times in Israel. And what better way to kick-start 5768 than by sharing a recent story with my brand new roommate?

So I’m sitting in my living room today with my roommate “Dudu” watching Fox News to get my fix of America. The story is about the economy and housing market with the headline on the screen: “Bulls and Bears: To Buy or Not to Buy?” After about 3 minutes of silence, Dudu suddenly exclaims, “Who deh fahk are these bulls and bears?”

It’s going to be a funny year.
