    2. Actually Steph, I consider Tel Aviv to be a much nicer placer than New York City – and I have lived here for 12 years.

    One thing NYC does not have is the wonderful open air coffee places. And the NYC that people around the world are familiar with is located really in a few places in Manhattan – they never see the bulk of NYC which is pretty grubby.
