Not-So-HolyLand Advertising

Gay innuendo? Sexual tension? Sleeze? Borderline soft porn?
It’s all here in the Not-So-Holyland if you dare to dig – and not all that deep at that. Especially when it comes to advertising.
The much talked about Maxim Magazine “Israeli Defense Forces Women” spread was the tip of a very established iceberg in Israel: sex, advertising, sex and sex.
In her posting “Sex Sells” (& it’ll drive up blog hits too) Lisa of On the Face posts several samples of Israel’s more controversial campaigns and asks for feedback: controversial? appealing? over the top?
See one here & judge for yourselves.
