Chinese on Christmas?

Why is it that U.S. Jews are all reputed to do EXACTLY THE SAME THING ON CHRISTMAS…??

My family went to the movies. But we didn’t do the Asian food thing. We went to the JCC to swim or play basketball. We had friends for dinner or hung out. I digress. Enjoy the video.

    2. It’s what they do in New York. And for better or worse, the American Jewish community has to fall in line behind NY when it comes to trends, fads, stereotypes, etc. I never understood that “rule” till I moved there either.

    3. Great video! My parents have standing reservations at their local Chinese restaurant with the same group of friends and relatives every Christmas! I’ve also got an Israeli friend who moved to the US a few years ago. When I explained the “Christmas” tradition, he told me afterwards that he hadn’t actually believed me until he saw it for himself.
