If you’re wondering what Israel’s teen/tween demographic is getting up to during free time then guess no more.

Herewith, stats from an Education Ministry poll centered around Internet habits of Israel’s 5th-8th grade set:

- In 70% of Israeli households there are no site filters on home PC’s
- 70% of Israeli kids have visited/visit “adult” sites
- 65% of parents allow kids free reign when it comes to online surfing
- 40% of parents don’t check what kids are up to online
- 60% of young web users download movies and music
- 35% of young people think it’s ok to copy anything off the Internet
