Mazda Recall
February 20, 2008 - 3:30 PM by Stephanie
If you drive a Mazda 3 with a 1.6 liter engine, get yourself to your mechanic or Mazda dealer pronto…All of the aforementioned models produced between June 2003 and November 2006 are being recalled.
The problem is faulty wiring that can lead to a short-out which damages or shuts down the car engine. A similar recall was issued worldwide by the Japanese car makers.
“I’m scared of having a serious accident if my car engine freezes on the highway,” one Israeli Mazda 3 owner told Hebrew press.
Don’t panic. But DO take your car in for repair.
