Street performers show up, vendors open shop, layers get tossed aside and outdoor cafes overflow with Friday shoppers.

For those of you still plowing through “winter wonderland” it’s not that we’re gloating. It’s just that…well there’s a heat wave here in these parts and it’s tee-shirt weather and…okay. You got us. Yeah. Gloat… Gloat. Gloat.
