Friendly Flying
Oh what fun to while away Sunday evening cocktail hour at the Tel Aviv Hilton Grand Ballroom sashaying among ministers, ambassadors, high society types and fashion icons.

Flowing wine, Sevruga caviar on toast points, cured salmon, marinated Cremini mushrooms, cut to order slices of rare roast beef, braised veal, strawberry and kiwi filled tartelettes, white chocolate mousse and brewed coffee for the finish.
The occasion?
The bmi launch of daily non-stop flights between Tel Aviv and Heathrow.
Nigel Turner, bmi chief executive officer, said: “Tel Aviv is a key destination in the Middle East and I’m delighted that today we launch daily non-stop services. Its addition further enhances our ever-growing network of destinations in an area of economic growth and development.
Yeah, of course.
More Cab? Don’t mind if I do.
