EcoCamp
There’s a WHOLE LOTTA vacation time coming up in Israel starting next week and some families are asking that perennial question: What to do with the kids?
There are ALL sorts of goings-on throughout the country – festivals, movies, shows and happenings so check local listings and we here at Israelity will also post interesting events as we see them come up.
Like this one we spotted on Green Prophet:
Don’t pass up on the great eco-camp offered by Yevulim Community Ecological Farm this Passover.

Located in Kfar Mellel (between Kfar Saba and Hod Hasharon), Yevulim is offering this camp to children between the ages of 5 and 10 from April 13th-17th. The activities aim to connect children to nature in a number of ways, as well as teach them how to protect the environment.
Among the activities offered are an arts and crafts center (that uses natural resources in creative ways), carpentry, cooking, theater, and a small petting zoo. The children also learn how to plant, how to prepare soil and beds, and how to water plants.
There are activities for grownups at Yevulim too
Check out details by following the Yevulim link above…
