To all the nay-saying, anti-Bar militants out there:

It’s time to give the girl a break.

We know you don’t like that we here @ Israelity post her every exhale. You’ve said as much in the comments section.

“Stop giving her the publicity” “She’s a dodger” “Dump her and her free-flowing, mouth flapping interview-style self”

And we’re here to counter: Cut the girl some slack. She’s trying

THIS story says that after a whole lotta noise kicked up surrounding Bar’s new contract with FoxFashion, she had a sudden change of heart. (Or her manager did but who’s keeping tabs?)

From hereon in, she’ll be promoting army service.

And visiting wounded soldiers whenever she’s in town for a shoot.

See? Give the girl an “A” for effort!

Y’okay we also reckon it’s to improve her public appeal ratings but never mind.

She is a changed woman. Just like Paris. Only our Bar didn’t have to sit in jail.

Isn’t that nice?

    3. With respect Steph, I find that she will now promote military service to be even worse. It cheapens the IDF and is extremely insulting coming so soon after yom hazikaron.

    Is it not bad enough that we have a scoundrel as a PM, Olmert. Now we have a person that has refused to serve in the IDF promoting service!

    I realize that I am a dinosaur from another era and that Israel today no longer treasures and nurtures the patriotism of Ben Gurion and Begin and Dayan and Sharon.

    Now we have the representative of Israeli bimbos promoting the IDF? Whats next? Olmerts children living overseas promoting aliyah?

    What has happened to Israel? Is this the best we can do? The lower part of the barrel?

    On the other hand, America is not far behind if it ultimately elects Obama and his dreadful wife.
