Matt Harding in Tel Aviv
What better proof that the world we live in is getting smaller and smaller than this: the world’s most watched video. Fifteen million views in just two weeks.
Note, the fountain in Dizengoff towards the end.

“East Jerusalem, West Bank”
Aw jeez Matt. Ya had to ruin a good thing with politics??
Come on, stop politics. This is just a cool video.
Yes. Don’t you just wish you’d come up with the idea instead of him.
Being paid to travel around 69 countries of the world and dance really badly in all of them sounds like heaven to me.
One cannot divorce politics especially when it undermines the very legitimacy of Israel.
So if neo-nazis made a “kewl” video you would also “ignore politics”?
Too many of my comrades have shed blood for Israel to ever stay quiet.
David-Joe,
You are familiar with Godwin’s rule? If not, look it up.
I spilled my blood and teeth in Gaza.
It’s not about being quiet. It is about the tide of history which, once again, is against us.
I did not know about Godwin’s rule. But then does it even apply here because I did not say “nazis” I said neo-nazis.
What is the difference between someone that undermines Israel’s legitimacy in any way, be they neo-nazis or the moon worshipping haters from Arabia? Nothing.
But double standards are all about – its okay for people to wear t-shirst with Che Gueverra or Stalin or the Soviet Star, but the shrieking and outrage if anyone worse the likenesss of a nazi would be vehement. There ought to be outrage for any tyrrany.
Israel exists but it bends its knee at the altar of the Christian doctrine of the Augustinian “Just War Theory” rather than like the founders of Israel, Talmudic justice in war.
A few nights back I watched a question and answer with Natan Sharansky. He was asked why Israel’s response these days to attacks and why Sderot is allowed to be destroyed. His His answer was timid and pathetic.
If these are the people that Israel has to depend on today, then Iran can ne assured it will become a nuclear power and the droves of people leaving Israel will be as never before and aliyah will become a memory.
Never has Israel had such a bunch of pathetic and corrupt people in government, more interested iin lining their pockets than the proper defense of Israel and filled with hot air.
Spokesmen such as Regev come across as whimps on US tv, and the Israeli ambassador has a voice like Peewee Herman. God help Israel!
