It is very disappointing that a wonderful progressively-oriented website/newsletter like Israel 21C should make mention of Route 443, the Jerusalem-Modi'in section of which runs through the Occupied Territory and has been dubbed an "Apartheid Highway". Particularly as it is so irrelevant to a recipe for Almond Pudding. Shame!
