Any city worth its salt has a certain amount of graffiti, reflecting its residents, culture, people and politics. I’m not talking about graffiti that wrecks and ruins, but a more reserved kind of graffiti that pokes fun, questions and makes you wonder what the artist was trying to say. My personal favorite is stencil graffiti — because of a certain weakness I have for stencils — as well as for the relatively small footprint that it leaves, with its neat, tidy corners and angles.

Intelligent graffiti – unlike in New York City where the graffiti revolves around nonsense. Only in Israel :-]
