Thank you for referring to my blog. I made the Ka’ikeh b’Ah’sal as a trial test for Rosh Hashana. I found it a bit dry, so watch the cake carefully. It had a great flavour and I loved the mixture of honey and tehina. But, I decided it was a bit too daring for the guests I was preparing it for.
