And on the topic of PayPal, PayPal just announced that a new guy has joined PayPal&#039;s Israel office. The guy, Oded Zehavi, comes from Leumi Card and his goal is to increase &quot;usage of PayPal among merchants and consumers.&quot; Hopefully he&#039;ll try to achieve that goal by making PayPal less of a nightmare to use in Israel.

i&#039;m sure the banks are rubbing their hands together at this one....(hey guys, let&#039;s take 10% off the top of every paypal transaction.) 

and speaking of sites that do well in america and not here, why has craigslist not taken off here?
