My husband quit chocolate a few months ago… not easy, but it helped him kick-start a diet, and now he’s lost 10 kilos and still going strong. Good luck! You might want to try carob… my dad was convinced he was allergic to chocolate when we were growing up so we only had carob in the house, and it’s pretty good. Eden sells a lot of carob products. I used to make a mean carob devils-food cake :)
